Abroad {week 6}: Spain

Week 6 in Spain. WOAHHHHH. This week I worked on walking more. I have reached between 12,000-20,000 steps a day. My reasons? It's healthy and I get more in walking shape which you need as a traveler. It doesn't matter how in shape you are. If you don't walk a lot then it's just really hard at first. So that was my thing this week:)

6.7 / 7:17 post meridiem // beautiful details on my walk to the beach make me happy. Cathedrals, colorful buildings, detailed tiles, palm trees, wild flowers, and cemeteries line my walk to that salt water.

6.9 / 11:56 ante meridiem // I walked to Pazo do Río and stumbled upon this beautiful sight. The walk is in the countryside with Spanish villas, laundry drying outdoors, and plants hanging over old stone walls. I loved every minute of it.

6.11 / 3:28 post meridiem // My neighbor, Tatiana who is a wonderful writer and free spirit and a fellow au pair, explored the day with me. We walked to a bar, then to this restaurant, followed by a walk on the beach. Later that day we went to the city to drink and party until sunrise. BLOG POST COMING UP FOR THIS DAY :D <3

6.12 / 9:00 post meridiem // On Sunday evenings I always go to Margarita which is a bar and restaurant right on the beach. Every time you order a drink (at any place in A Coruna) you get a complimentary snack and this snack was sugary bread. YUM. I went with Tatiana. I usually don't drink coffee, especially after 4:00 pm because it keeps me up, but after partying for 9 hours straight the day before and not going to sleep until 7:00 am I definitely appreciated this coffee. I also LOVE the coffee in Spain. I will miss it when I leave.
